EU Strategy Day for German University Leaders and International Guests

From 28 to 29 September 2026, the German Rectors' Conference (HRK) will host its 19th EU Strategy Day for German university leaders and international guests under the title "Knowledge as the Fifth Freedom in Europe? – New EU Programmes, Future European Legislation and the Impacts for German Universities." The event will bring together selected national and international experts to discuss current developments in EU research and innovation funding as well as key policy initiatives shaping the European Higher Education and Research Area.
