Australian and German universities demand adequate financial and legal conditions: Rectors’ Conferences of both countries met in Bonn

A delegation of the Australian Vice-Chancellors’ Committee (AVCC) visited Bonn on 9-12 July 2005. In a joint higher education forum, held on 11 July 2005, the HRK and its Australian partner organisation agreed on a statement, in which they demand funding and legal frameworks, that support, not hinder universities.
