Prizes and Announcements
German Higher Education Institutions have the opportunity to participate in a number of national and international competitions. Detailed information on current announcements can be obtained on the homepages of the following institutions.

In addition to that the Association of Universities and Other Higher Education Institutions in Germany annually awards the "Prize for Outstanding Achievements in International Academic Cooperation" of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
In 2005 the German Rectors' Conference together with the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP) administered the award of the Prize "Outstanding Achievements in Polish-German Higher Education Cooperation", which was donated by the German Federal Minister of Education and Research on the occasion of the Polish-German Conference "Overcoming History and Looking to the Future".
